For the largest office of our client, located in Sofia, they are looking to attract a new team member for the #CZECH market, who will be responsible to support customers through email, phone or social media. A part of your job will be to assist the PR and Marketing department and their activities. Together with your colleagues you will resolve trade disputes, manage the control of the account and take care of administrative tasks. To understand this fast moving and growing market you need to have huge interest in the financial market and strong interpersonal skills.
- Master or a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics or Finance
- Czech native speaker
- Good English level
- 0 – 2 years of work experience
- Able to understand financial products and the affinity to learn about the financial markets
- You have a high energetic personality and you are a team player with excellent skills in communication
- You are motivated and you have a positive attitude
